From 2017 to 2021, county level general public budget revenue increased from 37.5 billion yuan to 54.1 billion yuan. Over ten years, Per capita income of permanent rural residents increased by 2.4 times.
Regional layout of Liaoning is better. The integrated development pattern of Shenyang metropolitan area is accelerated.
In the first half of this year, Shenyang’s GDP grew by 2.6%, and the fixed assets investment grew by 6.3%, the use of foreign capital increased by 6.8 times, exceeding the national average.
1,628 trains of China Railway Express starting from Shenyang have been operated, ranking 6th in China with 340 trains in the first half of this year.The momentum of high-quality development of the coastal economic belt continuously enhanced.
In the first half of this year, Dalian’s GDP grew by 3.3%, 0.8 percentage points higher than that of the whole country, the growth rate of fixed asset investment grew by 11.5%, ranking 3rd among sub-provincial cities.
The container volume of sea rail intermodal transport in Dalian increased by 17.8%, port container throughput grew by 10.8%.

Total water reserve of the Green Economic Zone in Eastern Liaoning was 14.4 billion cubic meters, the forest coverage rate reached 73.7%, with 10 national demonstration under-forest economy bases, and 10 national forest health care pilot bases.
Continuous promotion of high-quality development of county-level economy
From 2017 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of general public budget revenue in counties grew by 9.6%, development zones at or above provincial level in the county reached 42.
Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy
840,000 poor rural people have been lifted out of poverty, 15 provincial-level poverty-stricken counties were delisted, 1,791 poor villages saw their item numbers eliminated.
Grain sown area increased to 53 million mu, Grain output increased to 50.7 billion jin.
2,367 beautiful home villages came into shape, the income gap between urban and rural residents has dropped from 2.56:1 to 2.24:1.
