In Qianshan Mountain Scenic Spot in Anshan City, Liaoning Province, Adonis amurensis is blooming. Bright yellow flowers bloom from the ice quietly and gradually, to be the first to bring message from spring to people. Adonis amurensis is perennial herb and widely scattered around Northeast China. Its florescence comes between February and March in spring every year, making it the flower to bloom the earliest in Northeast Asia when spring approaches.
