Every year, along the winding coastline of Liaoning Province, there are many harbor seals playing by the sea. Sometimes, they dive into the water; sometimes, they come to the surface with their cute looks. As the national first-class protected animals, harbor seals will come to Dalian City and Panjin City for breeding every winter. And in May, they will swim out of the Bohai Sea and move into the northern Yellow Sea and the western waters of the Korean Peninsula.
