On September 21, the Information Office of Liaoning Provincial People’s Government held a press conference to provide an overview of the Jinzhou Golden Autumn Cultural Tourism Season event.

From September to November, Jinzhou City in Liaoning Province will hold the Jinzhou Golden Autumn Cultural Tourism Season event. Centered around the three tourism routes of “mountains, sea, and city”, the event highlights Jinzhou’s regional cultural elements and plans to present seven thematic activities: Coastal Charm, Heroic Heritage, Jinzhou Cuisine, Love in Jinzhou, Jinzhou Trip Shoot, Educational Exhibitions, and Dynamic Jinzhou City.

Leveraging Jinzhou’s 124-kilometer golden coastline, in September, the Bijia Mountain Sea Breeze Music Festival will be held at the square of the Bijia Mountain Scenic Area. Through vibrant rock music, unique and delicious barbecues, and dazzling and romantic fireworks, the festival aims to showcase Jinzhou’s passion and vitality. On October 3, the Longtou Reef Kite & Camping Ocean Culture Festival will be held, featuring activities such as night kite shows and tents for stargazing. The event will also include a fusion of food markets, bonfire parties, music performances, and open-air movies, offering visitors a brand-new camping experience. On September 29, the “Love in Jinzhou” Garden Festival will be organized, featuring six major activities including ancient pagoda light shows, Liao-Jin exhibition, traditional costume garden tours, Mid-Autumn Festival-themed lanterns, immersive garden tour, and cultural and creative markets. Visitors can enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival by visiting the ancient pagoda, enjoying the glorious full moon, tasting mooncakes, and experiencing the customs and happiness of Jinzhou.

In addition, from October 1 to 5, Jinzhou will hold the Jinzhou Barbecue Championship, featuring competitions among barbecue masters and public tastings. The selection process will combine online and offline participation. From October 1 to 7, there will be a hiking event, “Crossing the Yiwulyu Mountain”, where fitness enthusiasts will have the opportunity to climb the Yiwulyu Mountain in Beizhen together, enjoying the pleasure of exercise and experiencing the grandeur, magnificence, and profound history of the mountain.

During the tourism season, Jinzhou will focus on the core tourism elements of “eating, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment” to provide “Six Hearts” services: heart-easing transportation, heart-soothing accommodation, heart-assuring eating, heart-enlivening entertainment, heart-fulfilling shopping, and heart-delighting sightseeing. These efforts aim to enhance the overall tourism environment and ensure visitors have an enjoyable and memorable time in Jinzhou.
