The Main Media Center (MMC) of the Hangzhou Asian Games is the “base camp” for media reporters, as well as the headquarters for media operations of the Hangzhou Asian Games and the Olympic Council of Asia. It serves as an important window for presenting the image of the host country and city to domestic and international media.

As a main non-competition venue for the Hangzhou Asian Games, the Main Media Center can provide thousands of domestic and international media reporters with services such as arrival and departure, transportation, language translation, dining, and leasing during the event.

This space is segmented into various sections, including the Main Press Center, the International Broadcast Center, and the Host Broadcaster Center. Elements related to the Asian Games can be seen here and there. In the Main Press Center, the 400 seats in the common workspace are neatly arranged, with each seat equipped with free electric sockets, and wired and wireless Internet access that are suitable for office use.

In addition, there are also supporting service facilities such as medical station, bookstore, Hangzhou Asian Games official merchandise store, and post office. Media reporters can experience quick and convenient services through professional zoning.

In the cultural exhibition hall, various cultural elements are displayed, which exude the Chinese characteristics and the charm of the southern region of China. There are multiple cultural interactive activities such as tea art, fan art, and Hang embroidery, which allow domestic and international media reporters to relax after intense work.
