From October 23 to 25, Liaoning is hosting the first China-Russia Conference on Local Investment Development and Trade Cooperation. On the morning of October 23, the conference officially kicked off.

This conference is another provincial open exchange event held in the first year of the Three-Year Action Plan for Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthroughs of Liaoning. The conference features a series of activities, including themed promotions, B2B (Business-to-Business) matchmaking, concentrated inspections, and local special events. These activities aim to enhance openness, develop investment platforms, and improve the level of economic and trade cooperation. These efforts will inject new impetus into strengthening comprehensive cooperation in the Northeast Asia region and connecting domestic and international dual circulation.

During the opening ceremony, a signing ceremony for projects was also held, where Chinese and Russian enterprises reached several cooperation intentions in fields such as import-export trade, manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, and agricultural product cultivation. From the afternoon of October 23 to the morning of October 24, a China-Russia exchange meeting aims to facilitate precise “one-on-one” cooperation between enterprises from both sides. Some representatives from the Russian government and enterprises will also visit and inspect locations such as the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, the China-Russia Industrial Park in Liaozhong District, and the Shenyang Area of China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

Following the activities at the main venue in Shenyang, the participants will also travel to Dalian to participate in special events from October 24 to 26.
