Liaoning is located in the core area of the Northeast Asia Economic Circle, serving as a hub for the opening up and cooperation of Northeast Asia and also an important node in the “Belt and Road” connectivity network. To strengthen economic exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia, the Liaoning Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Tieling Municipal Government co-hosted the “2023 Liaoning China-Russia Economic Cooperation Forum and the Liaoning Provincial China-Russia Friendship Association’s Visit to Tieling” on December 7.

On that day, more than 70 entrepreneurs and experts in law and finance from both countries arrived in Tieling, where they visited Liaoning Jinda Cable Co., Ltd., Liaoning Yiqu Industrial Co., Ltd., Tieling Bonded Logistics Center, and held the forum. During the forum, representatives from both Chinese and Russian enterprises promoted their companies, and the Tieling Municipal Bureau of Commerce and other institutions introduced the environment for investment and supporting policies of Tieling.

Savina Kristina, business manager of Shenyang Mount Point Entry Exit Co., Ltd., said that 2023 Liaoning China-Russia Economic Cooperation Forum enhanced the exchanges between the companies from both countries, providing new development opportunities. During the forum, many representatives from Russian enterprises expressed their willingness to seek cooperation and invest in Liaoning Province.
