On September 1, the “Dalian (Liaoyu) International Fishing Festival” was launched at Dalian Bay Fishing Wharf in Ganjingzi District of Dalian, a coastal city in Liaoning Province. Looking around, the “fishing fleet” was neatly lined up, and poised to set off, with flags fluttering in the wind. On that day, nearly 8,000 fishing boats set sail in Dalian and received a rich harvest of fish and shrimp from the sea.
