In September, the fishing moratorium season in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea has ended. In the sea lane southwest of Donggang, a county-level city of Dandong, Liaoning Province, over 1,700 fishing vessels sail out of the fishing port in an orderly manner and head for the sea. The fishing ports and docks along the coast of Donggang showcase a spectacular scene of “thousands of fishing vessels setting sail”, with a total of more than 2,300 fishing vessels resuming operations on the sea.
