The Laoyuanzi Scenic Area is situated at the foot of Qianshan Mountain Scenic Area in Anshan City, Liaoning Province. It is a national 4A-level tourist attraction integrating leisure vacations, ice and snow sports, parent-child entertainment, cute animals, and idle farming experiences.

In winter, the Laoyuanzi is transformed into a winter wonderland with trees adorned with silver-white snow. Upon entering the scenic area, a large playground filled with pristine white snow greets visitors. There are various ice and snow activities, including snow circle slides, snowfield spinning, horse-drawn sledges, ice sledding, ice dragon boat, etc.

Visitors can experience the thrill of sliding down from the snow circle slide. As the snow circle descends, its rapid rotation creates a sense of weightlessness and disorientation, leaving riders unable to help but cheer loudly! Children can also enjoy playing in the snowfield-spinning area, feeling the fun of ice and snow in their parents’ arms.

At the same time, visitors can also explore the indoor zoo to see a variety of animals. There are emotionally stable capybaras, as well as adorable small animals such as ponies, kangaroos, peacocks, and white ducks. The Laoyuanzi also features a strawberry-picking garden with warm greenhouses filled with red and white strawberries.

In winter, the Laoyuanzi exudes joy and warmth, serving as a vibrant name card for Anshan’s ice and snow cultural tourism.
