The signing ceremony of the Cultural Exchange Agreement between Liaoning Provincial Museum and Tateyama Museum of Toyama was held in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province on December 16, showcasing one of the great achievements of the 40th anniversary of the friendly relationship between Liaoning Province in China and Toyama Prefecture in Japan.
