Qianshan Mountain, located in Anshan City, Liaoning Province, is a national 5A-level tourist attraction, known as “Pearl of Northeast China” and “The First Mountain of Eastern Liaoning”. The Qianshan Mountain Scenic Area is famous for its strange peaks, steep rocks, verdant pine trees, vibrant pear blossoms, and ancient temples, encompassing more than 400 different scenic spots.

During winter, Qianshan Mountain embraces jade-like snow-covered trees and snow-capped peaks and rocks, creating an enchanting snow scenery in northern China. The Feilong Bridge and Wuliang Temple in Qianshan Mountain are the filming locations for the scene of seeking plum blossoms amid snow in the 1987 TV drama A Dream of Red Mansions. The two scenic spots boast unique charm particularly in winter.

When the weather is fine, why not come to Qianshan Mountain to relish poetic and picturesque views, and feel the glamor of millenary pine trees? There are innumerable ancient pine trees in the mountain, including the Zigzag-Coiled Loong Pine Tree with a history of over 1,300 years, and the Loong and Phoenix Pine Tree with a history of more than 300 years, which embodies desired auspiciousness and harmonious happiness.

The air on Qianshan Mountain is very refreshing, with an average concentration of negative oxygen ions exceeding several thousand per cubic centimeter. Qianshan Mountain is definitely one of the best places for winter hiking, with grand views unfolding, and fresh air permeating everywhere in winter.
