At the 8th Silk Road (Dunhuang) International Cultural Expo, Joseph T. Isaac, Speaker of the House of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Dominica, called for cross-border people-to-people exchanges, the preservation and promotion of culture, the sharing of knowledge through cooperation, and the fostering of the creative industries to benefit future generations.
