From September 26 to October 1, a 4-member delegation led by Mario Ishii, the mayor of Jose C. Paz in Argentina, is paying a visit to Liaoning Province. During the trip, the delegation has visited Shenyang, Dandong, and Haicheng, conducting friendly exchanges on economic and trade cooperation.

As early as 1996, Mario Ishii had formed a connection with Haicheng County-level City, Liaoning Province. Over the past 29 years, he has visited China 16 times. This time, leveraging the platform of sister cities, he will carry out cooperation with Liaoning in fields such as the automotive industry, building materials, and food processing, aiming to continuously enhance the level of economic and trade cooperation between the two sides.
