Xiaohuizhou Anhui Cuisine Restaurant, located in Hunnan District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, recently won the title of “La Liste TOP 1000 World’s Best Restaurants”. Furthermore, two of its chefs clinched gold medals at the 2025 Africa Championship of Chinese Cuisine held in Kenya. Anhui cuisine is known for its meticulous ingredient selection, rigorous cooking methods, precise heat control, and excellent color, aroma, and flavor. Thanya Saeyang, a Thai international student in Shenyang who loves Chinese food, visited this restaurant to savor authentic Anhui dishes: fermented mandarin fish, hairy tofu, Jixi fried vermicelli, and Mengcheng sesame seed cakes. Each dish boasted a unique flavor, with delicious tastes lingering on his tongue. While savoring his meals, Thanya took photos of the visually appealing Anhui dishes with his phone.
