Recently, Yan Shi, Deputy Director of the Harbin Design Center, introduced that Liaoning and Heilongjiang are promoting ice and snow cultural tourism cooperation with creative design as the link. Liaoning’s popular cultural tourism IP “Xiaoheyan Morning Market” has established a presence in the center, laying the foundation for collaboration between the two provinces.
In the future, the two provinces can develop themed cultural tourism routes such as “Gourmet Journey in Northeast China”, and launch targeted “check-in” routes of 7 or 10 days, connecting cities like Shenyang and Harbin. These routes will integrate cultural sites like the Shenyang Financial Museum and super IPs from both provinces, develop cultural and creative derivative products. This aims to break regional boundaries, upgrading Northeast China’s ice and snow cultural tourism into a comprehensive inter-regional feast.
