The China International Travel Mart (CITM) 2025 opened in Haikou, Hainan Province on December 19. Led by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, cultural and tourism delegations from ten cities including Dalian, Benxi, and Dandong made a stunning appearance at the event, under the theme of “Fancy Winterreise in Liaoning”.

Liaoning’s exhibition area artfully blends snowy winter landscapes with the lively vibe of the Chinese New Year, creating an immersive experience that brings the province’s seasonal charm to life. Beyond showcasing the province’s diverse natural resources—snow, sea, ice, and hot springs, it also features authentic local delicacies such as pork with pickled cabbage and Shenyang chicken ribs, which are an absolute hit.

Liaoning has turned its “cold” resources into a “hot” tourism experience, presenting an open, dynamic and fashionable winter tourism image to the world.
