On December 23, Shenyang in Liaoning Province embraced its heaviest snowfall of this winter. For international students, it became purely a “heavenly joy”, when their school playground transformed into a snow wonderland.
After class, international students from Thailand, Vietnam, Jordan, Mongolia, Russia, Senegal, and other countries rushed onto the school playground at Shenyang Normal University, and were instantly immersed in snow-playing fun.
An “international snowball fight contest” was in full swing, with snowballs flying through the air. Snowman building also showed their creativity: Thai student Natthanan built a snowman wearing eyeglasses, while Vietnamese student Dinh Hoang led his fellow students to sculpt a chubby snow fox! The Thai student laughed heartily while playing with snow, exclaiming, “I’ve never seen such heavy snow in my life!”
This snowfall not only brought poetic beauty, but also fostered friendship, unveiling winter memories that transcended national borders.
