Wu Yang integrats the pastry sculpting with traditional Chinese dim sum

Wu Yang, a 35 Chinese dim sum chef from Shenyang, Liaoning Province of China, designed a new kind featuring attractive appearance and savory taste by integrating the pastry sculpting with traditional Chinese dim sum. From kneading, deep-frying to coloring and drawing pupils, a brightly colored and vivid lion-shape pastry, Xingshisu, is made.
