Dandong Municipal Egret Nature Reserve is located in Egret Village, formerly known as Hongtonggou Village. Egret Village is an administrative village under the jurisdiction of Yangmuchuan Town, Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County, Dandong City, Liaoning Province. Hundreds of great egrets and grey herons migrate here to breed every year.
