The 2023 “Sail in Liaoning” and the 3rd Water Carnival in Jinzhou, Liaoning kicks off at the East Lake Cultural Square.

To promote the philosophy of “Healthy China”, build the brand of “Sail in Liaoning” and develop a “City Strong on Sports”, Jinzhou actively plans high-quality water events with sailboats, speed boats, kayaks and dragon boats. It successfully hosted major water events like the National Sailing Championship and trained a large number of outstanding athletes and water enthusiasts. “Sail in Liaoning” has been included in one of top 10 national fitness series activities, which laid a solid foundation for the construction of water sports capital in north China. Increasingly more citizens get participated in fitness.

In the water carnival, one can enjoy wonderful competitive performances of Liaoning windsurfing team and Jinzhou windsurfing team, watching dragon boat lovers rowing and racing. The competitions of sailboats and dragon boats showcase an eye-feast on water for Jinzhou people.
