On July 22, the Information Office of Liaoning Provincial People’s Government held a press conference for the upcoming High-End Summit for National Renowned Private Enterprises to Support Liaoning’s Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthroughs, introducing the basic information, features, and highlights of the event.

As of now, there are 4.589 million private economic entities operating in Liaoning, accounting for 95.9% of the total number of operating entities. There are 8,800 small and medium-sized industrial enterprises above the designated size, accounting for 97.8% of all industrial enterprises above the designated size. Additionally, there are 55 private listed companies within the province, accounting for 63.2% of all listed companies in Liaoning. These figures demonstrate how the private economy is an indispensable and crucial force for Liaoning’s efforts to achieve comprehensive revitalization and new breakthroughs.

From August 2 to 4, Liaoning will host the High-End Summit for National Renowned Private Enterprises to Support Liaoning’s Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthroughs, conducting a series of “1+5+N” activities to attract national renowned private entrepreneurs to come to Liaoning, invest in Liaoning, take root in Liaoning, and seek common development, all in support of Liaoning’s drive for new breakthroughs in comprehensive revitalization.

Over 420 enterprises from more than 20 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities have already confirmed their participation in the High-End Summit, including around 200 key well-known enterprises spanning the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, with a focus on advanced manufacturing, agriculture and animal husbandry, new energy and materials, fine chemicals, electronic information, biotechnology, cultural tourism, and other fields. Among these key well-known enterprises, 70 are among the Top 500 Private Enterprises in China for 2022. At the same time, more than 200 enterprises are currently in the process of confirming their participation, and it is expected that the number of well-known enterprises participating in the High-End Summit in Liaoning will exceed 600.

It is noteworthy that this summit is set to become the most influential and largest event in the private economic field in Liaoning in recent years, fully showcasing the appeal, cohesion, and influence of Liaoning’s Three-Year Action Plan for Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthroughs and continuous efforts to improve the business environment.
