The 2023 Dalian Fashion Week kicks off on September 1st, attracting fashion designers from South Korea, Japan and China to Dalian to release new works, lead the international fashion trends, and exchange ideas on the development of the apparel industry. The Dalian Fashion Week this season is themed as “Blooms by Waves”, with brand at its forefront and design at its core. It gathers fashion power of Northeast Asia and creates a platform to show international fashion trends.

During the fashion week, designers of more than 100 brands will hold a total of 50 fashion shows and 3 summit forums. The 31st “Dalian Cup” International Youth Fashion Design Competition, 2023 Textile and Garment Industry Chain Matchmaking Meeting, and 2023 Dalian Clothing and Apparel Exposition will also be held.

Dalian Fashion Week, founded in 2011, continues to promote the integrated development of fashion design with the garment industry and city culture. The fashion week has become a platform for fashion and cultural exchange between Asia and Europe, and a window to show the development results of Liaoning’s textile and garment industry to the world.
