On November 8th, a delegation of 17 people from the Polish Silesian Voivodeship arrived in Liaoning, visited several businesses in Shenyang and discussed with local entrepreneurs to explore potential cooperation.

In May 2012, the Polish Silesian Voivodeship established a friendly partnership with Liaoning Province. In June 2007, Katowice, the capital city of Silesian Voivodeship, and Shenyang established a sister city relationship, maintaining friendly exchanges and cooperation over the years.

The Silesian Voivodeship delegation visited well-known companies in Shenyang, including Yuanda Enterprise Group, Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd., and Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd. The electromechanical equipment, medical devices, and automation equipment of these enterprises impressed the visitors.

Shenyang Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd., established in 2000, is China’s largest industrial base for robot production and a leading enterprise in the Chinese robotics industry. Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd., founded in 1998, is a renowned Chinese medical equipment manufacturing company, offering products and services to over 110 countries worldwide.

At Shenyang Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd., Bartłomiej Babuśka, the Chairman of the Upper Silesian Fund, was amazed by the various types of robots produced by the company. He praised the achievements of Shenyang enterprises, noting their industry-leading positions and innovative spirit. “Many companies in Shenyang are at the forefront of their industries, and their developments will benefit the people. It’s very worthwhile for us to learn from them. In the future, I will recommend more Polish companies to collaborate with enterprises in Liaoning,” said Bartłomiej Babuśka.

Entrepreneurs from both sides held a meeting in Hunnan District of Shenyang City after the visit, discussing potential areas and modes of cooperation.
