In the winter of Dalian, Liaoning Province, crystal-clear icicles are hanging on the fences of the boardwalks along the coasts. These icicles, covering a large area and in different shapes, are formed by suddenly frozen seawater on the fences due to the wind and tide. The whole scene looks spectacular indeed.
