In the first quarter of this year, Liaoyu Group devoted every effort to speeding up the construction of “Liaoning’s famous brands”, thus making Liaoning’s featured aquatic products renowned at home and abroad. The transferred frozen fish for foreign trade via ports exceeded 200,000 tonnes, a year-on-year increase of 99%, providing strong support for the processing and trade of aquatic products in Liaoning and the hinterland in Northeast China. The aquatic product market in Liaoning has seized the strategic opportunities of Liaoning’s opening-up to the north and the east, to further explore markets in Russia, Japan, South Korea, etc. The import and export volume of aquatic products has exceeded 5,000 tonnes, and the scale of foreign trade has reached new highs.
