On May 15, the 2024 Dalian International Industry Fair was launched at the International Convention and Exhibition Center of the Dalian Free Trade Zone. As one of the most influential international industrial brand exhibitions for the equipment manufacturing industry in Northern China, this year’s industry fair has gathered new momentum, attracting more than 800 Chinese and foreign enterprises from countries such as Japan and Germany as well as China’s over 20 provinces and municipal cities.

This industry fair focuses on accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system with the characteristic advantages of Northeast China. Based on the theme of “intelligent manufacturing, industrial empowerment, and win-win cooperation”, it intensively displays the latest technologies and products related to machine tools and molds, robots and factory intelligentialization, welding and cutting, electronic industry, hardware tools, etc.

A total of 10 exhibition areas are set up on site, among which the Shanghai-Dalian Dedicated Cooperation Industrial Exhibition Area is a highlight. Shanghai advances 20 “specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative” and national-level “little giant” enterprises to participate in the exhibition, and Dalian presents well-known local enterprises such as Dalian Bingshan Group, Dalian Heavy Industry-Hoisting Machinery, Wafangdian Bearing Group, which jointly present a feast of industrial technology.

The industry fair also holds a series of high-quality professional conferences and forums. Centering on multiple fields such as intelligent manufacturing, industrial automation, and new energy technology, domestic and foreign experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs gather together to share industry-relevant insights, research outcomes, and technological innovations, providing a great platform for exhibitors and purchasers to further understand industry trends, grasp the pulse of market, and explore new business opportunities.
