Huadian Liaoning Energy Co., Ltd. has accelerated the green transformation of its development pattern, promoted the transformation and upgrading of traditional energy industries, and expedited the construction of a new electric power system featuring cleanliness, low-carbon, safety, adequacy, economic efficiency, supply-demand synergy, and flexibility with intelligence, thereby supporting the achievement of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.

As Liaoning is in a crucial period of ensuring power supply for the summer peak, the State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Supply Co., Ltd. has accelerated its construction of power grid projects, with all 15 power grid projects for coping with the peak summer demand in 2024 completed. At the same time, by using such advanced equipment and technologies as drones, intelligent inspection robots, and online monitoring devices in a well-coordinated way, it has stayed well-informed about the operation status of the power grid.

China Railway No.9 Group Co., Ltd. has promoted its equipment to go overseas and facilitated foreign enterprises to seek business cooperation in China. The Hungary-Serbia Railway (Hungarian section), currently under construction, serves as a flagship project of cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries (CEEC) and marks the first entry of Chinese railways into the EU market.
