It is developing more products and enterprises from Liaoning that use special and sophisticated technologies for the global market and deepening strategic partnerships with internationally renowned companies like Sika to enhance the brand influence of domestic chemical companies such as Oxiranchem in BRI partner countries.

From 2024 to 2025, Liaoning Dongya Seed Co., Ltd. will continue to invest an average of 30 million yuan annually in research and development funds, with an annual investment of 10 million yuan focused on the industrialization and promotion of high-quality new varieties and supporting cultivation technologies.
