Rice fields in Shenyang City, Northeast China’s Liaoning Province have become canvasses for artworks. Currently in their best viewing period in the peak of summer, the fields in the city’s Shenbei New District depict vivid images and scenes when viewed from high above. Farmers have carefully shaped images of the ancient poet, Li Bai, and a carp leaping over the loong gate, creating an outdoor gallery for visitors and residents to enjoy.
