A group of international students from Liaoning University visited the “Intangible Cultural Heritage Supermarket” at Liaoge Courtyard in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province on September 21. They immersed themselves in the unique charm of Liaoning’s intangible cultural heritage techniques, including the art of pyrograph, porcelain carving, Shenyang Li’s sugar figurine, Shenyang Yu’s dough modeling, Li’s traditional paper pleating, Jin’s knot making... The students were impressed by the exquisite and unparalleled techniques and eagerly experienced each handicraft to ensure they didn’t miss out on anything.
The Liaoning Cultural Heritage Protection Center has chosen exceptional intangible cultural heritage projects from across the province to be displayed in the “Intangible Cultural Heritage Supermarket” at Liaoge Courtyard to showcase the charm of Liaoning’s intangible cultural heritage. The supermarket currently features 20 national, provincial, and municipal representative intangible heritage projects.
