As magpies form a bridge with their wings, “Niulang (the Cowherd)” and “Zhinyu (the Weaver)” reunite in the Milky Way. From April 11 to 12, the Liaoning Ballet’s original ballet Qixi will unveil a fantastic romance at the Grand Theater of Jiangxi Arts Center.

Based on the traditional Chinese myth Niulang and Zhinyu, the ballet Qixi was jointly created by the Liaoning Ballet and a French art team, renarrating the ancient Chinese love story from an international perspective.
