This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Vietnam as well as the China-Vietnam Year of People-to-People Exchanges. To make greater contributions to the continuous development of China-Vietnam relations with Liaoning’s efforts, Luo Li, president of the Liaoning Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and Bui Duc Tam, vice chairman of the Long An Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, signed the “Memorandum for Further Friendly Exchanges and Cooperation Between Liaoning Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Long An Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations” in Shenyang, the capital city of Liaoning Province, on May 12.
Liaoning has always been attaching great importance to friendly exchanges and cooperation with Vietnam. In recent years, the two sides have maintained close cooperation, and in-depth cultural exchanges, underpinned by a solid foundation for people-to-people friendship. In the future, the two sides will further strengthen their ties, and join hands to constantly deepen the people-to-people friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two provinces in terms of friendly interaction, economy, trade, and cultural exchanges, to actively build a pragmatic, long-term, and jointly developed friendly and cooperative partnership.
