On June 20, the first Northeast Asia International Silver Economy Cooperation and Exchange Event opened in Shenyang City, capital of Liaoning Province, and will last until June 23.
The event covers a rich variety of activities, such as exhibitions, exchanges, promotions, seminars, carnivals, and traditional Chinese medicine market fairs. It is particularly noteworthy that the event releases Liaoning’s several policies in stimulating the development of the silver economy, promotes Liaoning’s new technologies, new products and new models for elderly care, and carries out the signing of strategic cooperation agreements on the silver economy.
A series of thematic seminars is also held during the event, gathering together top experts and scholars, and enterprise representatives from home and abroad to share cutting-edge research achievements and practical experience, and to jointly explore the future trends and innovative models of the silver economy.
In terms of exhibitions, this event attracts more than 400 enterprises from countries such as China, Japan, South Korea, Germany, the UK, and Australia. The organizers meticulously plan eight special exhibition areas, including international and outside-Liaoning-Province exhibition area, cities within Liaoning Province exhibition area, aging-friendly products exhibition area, rehabilitation assistive devices exhibition area, elderly care finance exhibition area, elderly health food and elderly care services exhibition area, smart elderly care information technology exhibition area, and traditional Chinese medicine immersive experience exhibition area, which fully displays the cutting-edge achievements and diversified formats in the silver economy.
