To welcome the delegation from Northeastern Illinois University in the United States, the students of Shenyang City University extended their warmest greetings by making dumplings.

Throughout the dumpling-making process, the Chinese students patiently demonstrated the steps and techniques involved, such as rolling out the dough and pinching the dumplings. Meanwhile, the American students eagerly participated, crafting “international dumplings” in various shapes.

Dumplings are not only a traditional Chinese delicacy, but also serve as a bond of friendship between Chinese and American youth.
