As a beloved cultural venue and tourist destination, the Liaoning Provincial Museum has seen a surge in visitors during this summer vacation, with daily attendance exceeding 10,000 in recent days. To enhance visitor comfort amid hot weather, the museum has been implementing multiple measures to provide visitors with “cooling services”, transforming itself into an ideal destination to escape the heat.
To create a comfortable and cool visiting environment, the museum staff have set up large sunshades at the ticket entrance, providing shade for visitors queuing in the scorching heat. Air conditioning operates throughout the museum. Rest seats and water dispensers are available on every floor, and multiple cold beverage stalls have also been set up. Moreover, the restaurant, located east of the “Ming and Qing Dynasties Jade Exhibition” on the first floor, now offers a variety of cultural and creative ice creams, which are well-received by visitors.
Moving forward, the Liaoning Provincial Museum will continue to adhere to its visitor-centered service philosophy, constantly refining service details to truly meet the visiting needs of the general public.
