On August 22, the Information Office of Liaoning Provincial People’s Government held a press conference to introduce the Press Conference of China Top 500 Private Enterprises 2025 and the Conference on National Leading Private Enterprises Supporting Liaoning’s Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthroughs.

From August 27 to 29, the Press Conference of China Top 500 Private Enterprises 2025 and the Conference on National Leading Private Enterprises Supporting Liaoning’s Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthroughs will be held in Shenyang. This will be the largest and most influential private-sector economic event in Liaoning’s history, with the highest number of Top 500 and other national leading private enterprises participating simultaneously. According to the conference statistics, more than 350 of the Top 500 and other national leading private enterprises will participate with over 80 senior company executives including chairmen, presidents, and general managers. Notable participating companies include JD.com, Alibaba Group, Hengli Group, and Tencent Holdings, Ltd.

During the conference, the 2025 lists of China’s Top 500 Private Enterprises, Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises, and Top 100 Service Enterprises will be released, together with a research and analysis report on the Top 500. The event will also explain policy measures to promote the development of the private sector and give an overview of Liaoning’s economic and social development.

The Liaoning Industry Cooperation Promotion Conference under the theme of “Joining Hands with Leading Enterprises to Promote Revitalization” will be held on the afternoon of August 28. The event will provide a comprehensive report on progress under the three-year action plan, carry out targeted promotions focused on Liaoning’s industrial cluster development, technological innovation, cultural tourism, and agricultural industries, and will also present industrial development landscapes in cities such as Shenyang, Dalian and Anshan.
