On September 2, a delegation from Gabonese media journalist training class visited the Liaoning International Communication Center (LICC). The high-tech communication patterns of LICC captured their attention and admiration.

Upon entering the center, the efficient mode of “one-time collection, multi-range distribution” of the platform “iLiaoning” instantly caught the eyes of the media journalists from Gabon. One of them exclaimed, “I never thought a good story could be spread around the world so fast!” In the center’s multilingual editorial offices, editors’ high-efficient production processes attracted some of the journalists to take photos, marveling at the “China speed” in Liaoning.

Multimedia products of LICC, such as “Show Your Chinese Talents”, “My Liaoning Story”, “National Treasures in Liaoning”, and “The Great Traditional Chinese Medicine” sparked the interest of the Gabonese media journalists. They raised questions about project planning and content production of the products, all of which were answered by the head of LICC. Moreover, the journalists also expressed great admiration for Liaoning’s rich intangible cultural heritage, and gained an insight into the province’s solid industrial foundations and profound cultural heritage through a variety of spectacular audio-visual feasts.

This visit has further enhanced mutual understanding between Chinese and African media professionals, and laid a favorable foundation for joint cooperation in the future, thereby promoting mutual learning among civilizations.
