Arhin William, a Ghanaian international student at Shenyang Normal University, recently gave an impromptu Kuaiban (a traditional Chinese spoken performance accompanied by rhythmic bamboo clappers) solo performance at Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, quickly garnering a swathe of fans.

Holding the kuaiban (bamboo clappers) in hands, he performed with a lively rhythm and skillful technique. His captivating performance attracted a large crowd of passengers, many of whom stopped to watch and recorded the moment with their phones.  

During breaks, Arhin chatted warmly with onlookers in Northeastern Chinese dialect, showing great affinity. Passengers eagerly took photos with him, praising him for being “talented and down-to-earth”.
