Scarlett, a host from Liaoning International Communication Center (LICC), stepped into China Snow Town in Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province! As a native of Liaoning Province in Northeast China, she thought she would be accustomed to the icy beauty, but was only totally astonished by the snow-cloaked cottages and snowflakes swirling like a myriad of feathers.
