A delegation from the International Organization for Artificial Intelligence (IOAI) recently visited Shenyang to attend the 2026 Liaoning International Friendship Cities Conference and explore cooperation opportunities with Liaoning’s artificial intelligence industry. The organization is also planning to establish its regional headquarters for China in Shenyang.

Committed to advancing research and applications in artificial intelligence and digital technologies, IOAI works to support the sustainable development of AI worldwide. Currently, the European headquarters of this organization is located in France, and IOAI has not yet established a branch in China. With the support of the Middle East Liaoning General Chamber of Commerce, IOAI representatives came to Liaoning for field visits and exchanges.

Over the past few days, four IOAI representatives visited Neusoft Group, the Shenyang Big Data Management Center, and several AI-related institutions. They were deeply impressed by the achievements of Liaoning’s AI industry. IOAI Chairman Mahana Elaraby praised local AI experts for their broad vision and professionalism, and spoke highly of their accomplishments. He said he looked forward to working with his counterparts in Liaoning to formulate global industry standards for sustainable AI development.
