The curtain wall units of the AI Habtoor Tower — the world’s largest single residential building, constructed by Shenyang Yuanda Aluminum Industry Engineering Co., Ltd., have recently been topped out in Dubai.

Located in Dubai’s Business Bay, United Arab Emirates, the skyscraper rises 355.9 metres with 90 floors above ground and is planned to house about 1,800 apartments. Featuring a curtain wall area of 185,000 square metres, the project adopts an all-glass curtain wall design and is hailed as “the most magnificent wave in the Middle East”.
